Ok since I was being bitched at today for the whole I want to wait a month to weigh myself I just did and will do it every Monday like last time.

Ok bitches listen up. I am starting up my exercising/weight lose regiment again. Ok heres the details and the things i need help from you my friends.
1. Im only eating 3 times a day until I lose a somewhat significant amount of wieght.(Yeah I know blah blah have to eat to keep up metabolism. All you who say that SHUT THE FUCK UP I don’t give a fuck doesn’t matter at this point.)
2. Exercising will be done every Monday-Thursday at 5:30p.m. I have set an alarm for myself to remind me. If i’m on skype with you, and you here that shit to tell me to leave and get on teh working out.
3. On weekends that will be my semi-rest day. I still have work so its still kinda exercising I mean getting shopping carts is a hassle.
4. I’ve decided to go to bed every school night at 10:30 p.m. just to keep myself in a somewhat routine schedule.
5. Since I’m only eating 3 meals a day if you see me with food and its not a lunch or dinner or breakfast feel free to steal that shit and keep it away from me and eat it yourself. If it is one of my three meals don’t do that because thats a dick move.
6. Weigh-ins will be every once a month right at the 1st.
Those are my basic rule and conditions i have instilled for myself at this point. As I start to lose weight and whatnot I plan on changing some things around.So thats all and any tips and tricks anyone might have would be appreciated so tell them to me.
So the weight is the same as in my last weigh-in soooo go back to that one if you want to know the details.
Ok I really need to find a way to workout at home because now my weight is fluctuating.

Tonight my mom made some home-made pizza after about 2 weeks of eating smaller meals and trying to eat healthy I lost it. Tonight I have had fucking of 9000 pieces of pizza(Really like 7 lol). Well I know what I have to avoid now holy shit I feel terrible and to not help the situation any more I still can’t run the treadmill is busted and there’s so much ice outside I’m not going to run in that. So hear I pose a question does anyone know any good cardio exercises that don’t require going outside or running? The help is much appreciated.

Ok so I’m tired of having to post everyday. I will now only post weight stuff on Monday when its weigh in day.
So yeah Wednesday I pulled a Sanjay and took a nap when I got home so I didn’t work out then. Today though I had to run outside because my treadmill is still broken. It was not very fun almost fell like 10 times but I’ve managed to find a somewhat descent route with somewhat little ice. SO yeah things seem to be going well.
Ok so day 2 went pretty good. Did some shoveling as a warm-up and proceeded to do all sorts of fun muscle training with my shitty 10lb Dumbbells.
Note to Self: Get heavier Dumbbells lol.
OK so today I started my exercise routine. Basically Monday and Wednesday will be my Cardio days. Tuesday and Thursday are my Weight and Muscle training day. Then Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I work and I still consider that exercising. Every Monday will be weigh in day.

SO chilling out maxin relaxin all cool at teh wing stopz was pretty awesome. Also by this weekend I should have some sort of exercise routine together and actually start on this young new years resolution.
